Your Town, Your Stories
Town Square Television is the local community cable TV station serving the seven cities of Northern Dakota County, including Inver Grove Heights, Lilydale, Mendota, Mendota Heights, South St. Paul, Sunfish Lake and West St. Paul. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation partnering with many volunteers and organizations to provide seven channels of truly local television programming, including high school sports, music, arts, local government, multi-faith, education, news and politics, chambers of commerce, and complete coverage of community activities and events in our seven cities.

Until then, our online content can be viewed on a desktop or laptop computer. Live and archived programming can be accessed by clicking the "LIVE/On-Demand" button above, or by tuning in to our local community channels 14-21 on Comcast Cable Television in the seven cities of Northern Dakota County. Full programming schedules for all of our channels are available here. Archived programs are also available on our Vimeo Channel at www.vimeo.com/TownSquaretv. Select programs are avilable on Comcast On-Demand in our seven-city area. If you have a standard cable box, go to the "Get Local" tab and select "Town Square Television." If you have the X1 Platform, search "TST."
All seven member cities of the NDC4 Cable Commission will consider two resolutions recommended by NDC4 in the coming weeks. The resolutions relate to the Comcast cable television franchise ordinance in each city. Comcast is requesting approval from each city to “transfer” its franchise to a new owner as part of the larger national merger where Comcast is acquiring Time-Warner Cable. In Minnesota, Michigan, and a handful of other mid-western states, Comcast is divesting of its cable systems, and they will be owned by a new franchisee controlled by a company called “Midwest Cable.” NDC4 is recommending that each of its member cities adopt a resolution approving the transfer with a number of important conditions designed to protect the city, its residents, and its cable subscribers.
