The Veterans Memorial Community Center in Inver Grove Heights reopened on July 6, rolling out Phase 1 of their reopening plan.
- ONLY Members, 10X pass/punch card holders and registered program participants will be able to access the building.
- Facility hours will be limited to Monday through Thursday, 6 AM - 8 PM; Friday, 6 AM - Noon; Saturday and Sunday, 7 AM - Noon.
- Lap Swim: Lap swimmers will be one swimmer to a lane
- Fitness Center: A maximum of 15 people will be allowed in the main fitness area at a time. Fitness Classes will require reservations.
- Walking Track: A maximum of 4 people will be allowed on the track; the middle lane will not be in use to allow for proper social distancing.
- Water Park will remain CLOSED
- The Childcare Center will remain CLOSED.
- Locker rooms and showers will be available with limited locker use to promote social distancing; however, air dryers, swimsuit spin dryers and water fountains will be turned off.
- Indoor Turf and Gymnasium will be used for Recreation Programs ONLY
- Open Skate, Open Hockey, Open Gym, and Indoor Pickleball will not be available
- The Senior Center will remain closed until further notice
