With the continued spike in COVID-19 cases that are overwhelming metro hospitals, the City of West St. Paul is again closing the interior of City Hall to the public until further notice. Staff will continue to be available for the needs of all residents and businesses. All City business can still be conducted through email, over the phone and via the drop box. Details on the City’s current restrictions are below:
City Hall - The interior of City Hall is closed to the public beginning 11/30/2020 until further notice. The heated vestibule has directions posted to complete all City business. Visitors can use their cell phones or the phones located in the vestibule to be connected to staff or emergency personnel immediately. Staff availability hours will remain the same: Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm. Public Meetings - Public Meetings, including City Council meetings, will be closed to in-person visitors until further notice. The public will still be able to watch meetings on Comcast Xfinity 18, 19 & 21, stream online at www.townsquare.tv and interact via phone call-in lines when live meetings permit. Phone numbers are posted on-screen for users to call and participate during live meetings.
