Due to a court decision, all Absentee Ballots must now be received by Election Day, Tuesday, November 3 (previously, ballots had to be postmarked by Nov. 3, but could be received up until Nov. 10). If you have not returned you absentee ballot yet, DO NOT MAIL IT! Instead, return it in person to your City Hall or County Elections office by 3 PM on November 3 (listed below - do not return your ballot to your regular polling place). If you recently mailed your ballot, and you are concerned that it will not make it in time, you can track your ballot on the MN Secretary of State's website. If your ballot has not been received by Election Day, you can still cast a ballot in person at your polling place. This will invalidate your absentee ballot, and your in person ballot will then be counted instead. Find your polling place at www.mnvotes.org.
